◎Labor force: All civilians aged 15 years and above who are able to work in the week of data being collected. This category could be further classified into two subcategories – employed and unemployed.
◎Not in labor force: Those civilians aged 15 years and above but not classified as labor force in the week of data being collected. These civilians include people who attend schools, handle housework, old-aged, disabled, wish to work but have not started seeking for a job, or unemployed for any other reasons.
