The third phase of Liuying Science and Technology Park covers an area of ​​approximately 87.01 hectares, providing 52.28 hectares of factory land. It is expected to be announced in the 115th year of the Republic of China (the process is only an estimate and is still based on actual review status). It will introduce food and beverages, textiles, garments and apparel, plastic products, basic metals, metal products, electronic components, electrical equipment and It provides about 3,000 local job opportunities in equipment manufacturing, machinery and equipment, automobiles and their parts, publishing, audio-visual and information communications, corporate general management organizations and management consultants, construction engineering services, research and development services, specialized design, warehousing, and in cooperation with forward-looking plans, energy policies and major policies or other industries approved by the provincial industrial authorities.

The living functions around the park are good. The west side is close to the center of Liuying District, and the northwest side is only a 15-minute drive from the center of Xinying District. To the east, you can go directly to the Liuying Interchange of National Highway No. 3 via Deyuanpi Avenue and Yishi Road; to the west, you can go to the Xinying Interchange of National Highway No. 1 via Liuying and Xinying urban areas. It takes about 5 minutes to drive to Taiwan Railway Liuying Station.

The third phase of Liuying Science and Technology Park will build a brand-new industrial park that combines industrial upgrading and innovation, with low energy consumption and low water use.
