Company name and business pre-screening application - you can fill in 1-5 Chinese company names according to your preference (the Ministry of Economic Affairs will review them in sequence, and only one company name will be approved if it meets the requirements) and the business items to be operated (can be directly linked to the economic Online preview on the department website).
Apply for company establishment registration - If the business item to be operated is a permitted business (please link to the Ministry of Economic Affairs' company number business item code retrieval system), you must first obtain the establishment permit from the competent authority of the target enterprise before you can apply for company establishment registration.
Apply for business registration.
Apply for factory establishment registration - depends on the chosen factory location (non-manufacturing and processing companies are exempted).
Import and export manufacturer registration - applicable to traders (you can directly connect to the website of the International Trade Bureau to apply online).
