The third phase of the Liouying Technology Industrial Park covers an area of approximately 87.01 hectares, including 52.28 hectares of industrial land for factory development. It is expected to be officially announced for establishment in 2026. The schedule is preliminary and subject to actual review and approval procedures.
The park is planned to attract a wide range of industries, including food and beverages, textiles, apparel and clothing accessories, plastic products, basic metals, fabricated metal products, electronic components, electrical equipment and machinery, machinery and equipment, motor vehicles and parts, publishing, audiovisual and information and communications technology (ICT), corporate headquarters and management consulting, construction engineering services, R&D services, specialized design, warehousing, as well as industries aligned with forward-looking infrastructure plans, energy policies, and other major government-approved sectors. It is expected to create approximately 3,000 local job opportunities.
The surrounding area offers well-developed living functions. The site is located near the Liouying District center to the west, and approximately 15 minutes by car from Xinying City center to the northwest.
To the east, the park connects to National Freeway No. 3 via Deyuanpi Boulevard and Yishi Road leading to Liouying Interchange. To the west, it connects to National Freeway No. 1 via Liouying and Xinying urban areas leading to Xinying Interchange. The Liouying Railway Station is approximately a 5-minute drive away, providing convenient rail access.
The Liouying Technology Industrial Park Phase III aims to create a new-generation industrial park characterized by industrial upgrading, innovation, low energy consumption, and low water usage. It will build upon the existing industrial foundation of the area while providing a transformation-oriented environment for industries.
The project is designed to enhance the manufacturing environment for enterprises in central and southern Taiwan, promote local economic development, and attract investment. Businesses are warmly welcomed to establish operations in Tainan.
